The Malladi Brothers namely Sreerama Prasad and Ravi Kumar hail from a family of illustrious musicians of Andhra Pradesh. Their grandfather Sri Malladi Sreerama Murthy was a great musician and Harikatha exponent. They had their initial training under their father Sri Malladi Suri Babu, a disciple of Sri Voleti Venkateswarulu and Sangeetha Kalanidhi Sri Nedunuri Krishnamurthy. Under the able guidance of the latter, they were groomed into successful concert performers. They also had the privilege of training under Sangeetha Kalanidhi Dr. Sripada Pinakapani, Guru of both Sri Nedunuri and Sri Voleti. Representing the inimitable 'Pani-Bani'(Pinakapani style) Malladi Brothers are known for their perfect sruthi aligned renditions with profound commitment to classicism. Indeed they are among the best and most sought after musicians today on account of their immaculate technique, deep knowledge and fertile creativity.

Besides possessing a rich repertoire of kritis of the Musical Trinity, Malladi Brothers have also specialized in Narayana Theertha Tarangams, Annamacharya compositions, Padams, Javalis and other compositions. They have toured extensively all over India and abroad enthralling their audiences. They are recipients of several prestigious awards including the Yuva Puraskar and Isai Peroli. Since the age of 6, Srikanth has been at home on the stage, first as an actor in the Bhagavata Mela dance drama of Mellattur, Tamilnadu, and then also as a dancer in the tradition of Bharathanatyam. Srikanth has trained under several illustrious Gurus, including Sri. Shanmugasundaram Pillai, Dr. Saraswati, and Dr.Padma Subrahmanyam, at whose institution he broadened his horizons in the art of Natya as expounded by Bharatha Muni. He has also performed with leading dancers like Chitra Visweswaran, Lakshmi Viswanathan, Radha, Krishnaveni Lakshmanan, Malavika Sarukkai, Anita Ratnam, Shobana, Vineeth, etc.

Srikanth has been a regular performer in the sabhas of Chennai and has performed all over India, Andamans and abroad, in Thailand, France, Indonesia, Canada, the U.S.A., U.A.E and Reunion Islands, Mauritius, etc. Srikanth is a graded artist of Doordarshan and an empanelled artist of ICCR. Nalini Prakash is a gifted performer, choreographer, and teacher of Indian classical dance. She has specialized in the South Indian classical dance style, Bharatanatyam, which she has been cultivating for over thirty years.

Nalini is the Founder and Director of Silambam in Coonoor, an institution dedicated to teaching Bharatanatyam, South Indian classical Carnatic music and dance theory. Additionally, she holds the position of Founder Secretary of the Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Nilgiris Kendra, which was inaugurated in May 2004. As a promoter of the performing arts, Nalini is also actively involved in coordinating performances in educational institutions for SPICMACAY in the Nilgiris.

Nalini began her training in Bharatanatyam with Sumathy Kaushal in Hyderabad. After moving to Chennai at a young age, she continued her training with Professor Sudharani Raghupathy, Founder and Principal Dancer of Shree Bharatalaya, a pre-eminent institution of Indian performing arts. Nalini developed her passion for dance in Chennai and presented her arangetram in 1976

Pattammal were known for singing and popularising the compositions of Papanasam Sivan, having learnt them directly from the composer himself. Nithyashree has continued this tradition. She has also given a lecture demonstration in Coimbatore for Manoranjitham on "Papanasam Sivan - A Legend", and made two special thematic albums that solely contained his compositions.Like D. K. Pattammal, Nithyashree has also popularised compositions of Gopalakrishna Bharathi. She presented a paper on the Life and Contribution of Gopalakrishna Bharathi for the Music Department of PSG College, Coimbatore. Her two thematic albums that solely consisted of his compositions have been very popular, both online and offline.
